Free Shipping
ThickenHers offers FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum order required. No shipping charges will be added at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. ThickenHers is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at thickenhers@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will replace or refund your order as appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ThickenHers is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error contact us immediately at thickenhers@gmail.com — we can only make address changes within 12 hours of order placement.
